EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.
Your order is eligible for exchanges if -
- An incorrect order was sent to you (in this case a reverse shipment will be scheduled by us from your address to ours and the correct order will be shipped to you)
- You need a different size
Procedure for exchange -
- Within 3 days of receiving the shipment, write to us at email@example.com mentioning your order number and reason for exchange/return.
- Our team will get back to you in a day or two and ask you to send us the product to be exchanged. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the exchanged garment to you will be borne by us.
- The product to be exchanged must be dispatched to our studio within 3 days of acceptance of exchange.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, please allow a few days to inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange.
Please note that products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time.
- In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order.
- In case of cancellations, a credit note of full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTE
- In the event of returns, we issue a credit note equivalent to the value of the order minus handling and packaging charges of INR 150 plus COD charges, if any.
- Credit notes are redeemable on the website up to 6 months.
- Credit notes cannot be redeemed against orders placed offline.
- Orders placed using credit note are not further eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Orders exchanged once will not be eligible for exchange a second time.
As company policy, we do NOT offer cash refunds.
Unfortunately International orders aren't eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistical reasons.
- Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.
- Product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product.
- Belts, chokers and hoop art can only be exchanged or returned in case of defect.
- Customized orders once made cannot be exchanged or returned. In case of any issues with your customized order, please mail us with necessary information and our production team will help you. Please read our Customize tab for more information.
- Pieces to be exchanged or returned will only be accepted AFTER discussing the same on mail. Any outfits sent to our store without prior discussion on mail will not be accepted, and the piece would have to be picked up by the customer.
