To initiate a return procedure, notify us within 3 working days after accepting the order. You can e-mail us at email@example.com.Please note that only Defective Products qualify for a return.
To initiate an exchange, you will have to notify us within 3 days of accepting the shipment by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We promise we wont take too long in getting this process moving and we will write back to you within 1-2 days. Once we have a chat with you, we will ask you to send back the product to us at our address (to be shared with you via mail)
Once we receive the product, please allow a few days for us to check it for signs of wear and tear. After which, we'll process your exchange and ship it out within 3-4 days.
Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the corrected garment to you will be borne by us.
As a company policy, we don’t offer cash refunds, but we will be happy to provide you with a credit note, equivalent to the cost of the product purchased, that would be redeemable upto a year.
- The product will be eligible for return or exchange, only if it is defective or of the wrong size.
- Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, since those sales are final.
