Shipping within India is absolutely FREE! So Yay! International Shipping will cost INR 2000 anywhere in the world.
How Long Do I Wait To Get My Order?
We try our best to make sure your order reaches you between 3-14 days. However the exact delivery time is subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will be happy to help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Please note Customized orders may take slightly longer than the other orders. You can get in touch with us at email@example.com, to put in a request for speedy delivery.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can click on the link to track your order.
What if my shipment is incorrect, damaged or defective?
As unlikely as this is, if you have received an incorrect article, Email us and if possible share images(in case of defective pieces) of the incorrect order at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement at the earliest.

You can you your credit and debit cards to make a payment, We are currently offering COD facility as well for INR 200
As for shoppers, using an international card, you can mail us at email@example.com and we'll mail a paypal link to you.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind Each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.
How to Exchange ?
To initiate an exchange, you will have to notify us within 3 days of accepting the shipment by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We promise we wont take too long in getting this process moving and we will write back to you within 1-2 days. Once we have a chat with you, we will ask you to send the product back to us at our studio-

Once we receive the product, please allow a few days to inspect it for any signs of wear and tear. After which, we'll process your exchange and ship it out within 3-4 days.
Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the exchanged garment to you will be borne by us.
As a company policy, we don’t offer cash refunds, but we will be happy to provide you with a credit note, equivalent to the cost of the product purchased, that would be redeemable upto a year.
- The product will be eligible for return or exchange, only if it is defective or of the wrong size.
- Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, since those sales are final.
- We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces
