How Can I Check My Order Details/Status?
Once you place an order, you will get a notification from us via text and e-mail containing details of your order. Also, to check those details at any given time, simply login to your account > My Order > View order to get all the details.
 
When And How Can I Cancel My Order?
You will have to cancel any order within 12 hours of placing an order, call Customer Care at +919619614584 or email us on jaya@whysobluelove.com within the allotted time.Please note that we wont be able to cancel any customized order placed ,simply because its made specially for you BUT if the production for the same hasn’t started within 12 hours, then we will gladly do the needful.
How Can I Apply Coupon/Discount Code To My Order?
After you add the selected products to your cart, you fill in your e-mail and shipping details & right when you review your order summary you will see a promotional code space near the Total of your order. You punch in the code and click on “Apply.” The page will reload and your total will be revised.
