What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?
Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of products. Free shipping on order values above INR 2000.
We usually deliver all orders within 5 working days (subject to weather and COVID restrictions). Some products have delay intimation mentioned on the product page itself, the timeline will not be applicable to them.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. You can also track your order here - Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.
Are there any shipping or COD charges?
We have a flat shipping cost of INR 150 pan India applicable to your order if the final cart value is below INR 2000. Above INR 2000, shipping within India is free. International shipping cost is INR 2500 worldwide irrespective of order value. Orders placed with cash on delivery payment method will have an additional COD charge of INR 150.
International orders
International shipping is INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is between 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order. In case of cancellation, credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.

The size chart is mentioned above the size drop-down menu on every product page.
I need to change product size or delivery details
In case of any changes in your order, please mail us at within 24 hours of placing the order.
I fall in between sizes and I'm not sure which size to choose
If you fall between sizes and don't wish to customize, please select the larger size, or reach out to our customer care team to know the exact garment measurements before ordering.

How can I customize my outfit?
Select the "add custom measures" option below the size chart on any product page and enter your bust, waist and hip measurement. You can also enter your waist length, desired neck depth or reduce the length of the outfit by mentioning the exact length. The measurements entered for customization must be body measurements. The final measurements of each garment depend on the pattern of each piece, and may not match the body measurement, but is made to fit them proportionately.
If you wish to reduce the length of the dress to suit your height, please enter the desired length of the dress. In case height is mentioned, the length will be proportionately reduced. In case of increase in length, please get in touch with us.
Select the stock size that matches your body measures, except the one you wish to customize. Select the "add custom measures" option below the size chart and enter the measurement you wish to customize. Only the measurements mentioned at the time of placing the order will be customized. The rest of the measurements will be same as our stock size. For example: If size S is selected and Bust is customized to 36", the waist and hips will be made to size S measures.

Absolutely, you can customize the size and lengths at our store. The pieces will be made specially for you at our warehouse and then shipped to you!
I live in another state/country. can i still get a custom-designed outfit?
We customize virtually too, and have plenty of customers abroad who design with us over WhatsApp, Instagram and email. Reach out to us and we can design something for you too!

Exchanges and Returns

Which products are eligible for exchange?
All our garments are eligible for exchanges or returns, subject to conditions. Some product descriptions may contain information regarding inventory and exchange/return policy, which will be applicable for that particular product. All accessories and jewlery can only be replaced with a fresh piece in case of defect. We do not offer exchanges or returns.
How can I exchange or return my order?
If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated.
Can I visit the studio/store for processing an exchange or return?
We only process exchanges and returns via email. Write to us at with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer credit notes or refund for returns?
All our products are made-to-order just for you. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. A credit note will be issued with a validity period of six months.
How many times can I exchange a product?
Products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time. Please select the correct size at the time of exchange, or reach out to us for assistance with sizing.
Can I exchange a product for a custom-sized outfit?
Please email us at with your order number and body measurements and we can help you with a custom-sized piece. Additonal charges may be applicable.

Discounts and Credit notes

I have a discount code/credit note, how can I avail it?
You can avail any discount codes or credit notes by entering the code at the Payment page while placing the order on our website. Only one code can be applied at a time. Discount codes and credit notes can only be used on purchases on the website. Any orders placed offline, including custom orders, will not be eligible for these.
Do i need to pay shipping if i am using a credit note?
Credit notes are only applicable on products, and do not cover shipping or COD charges. These costs go directly to the courier partner, and are hence not covered in store credits. If the final cart value is below INR 2000, a flat shipping cost of INR 150 will be applied.


Can I exchange products purchased on sale?
Products purchased on sale are final sale and hence not eligible for exchanges. In case of any defect in production, a replacement will be processed for the piece.
Can I club my discount code/credit note with the sale code?
Only one code at a time can be applied for an order. Discount codes or credit notes cannot be combined with sale offers.
Can I avail of the sale discount on offline purchases?
Sales are only applicable on purchases on the website. Offline orders and custom orders are not eligible for sale.

Product Care

How do I Properly care for my products?
Each of our pieces are handmade to order with love and we hope you cherish them just as much. All the embroideries, buttons, coins and details are one-of-a-kind, stitched by hand and require delicate care.

Garment care -
Dry clean only. Do not soak, wring or machine wash. Dyed and printed clothing may fade after repeated wears or exposure to sunlight, it is natural for hand-dyed processes. With love and proper care, our handcrafted pieces can last longer and happier.

Jewlery care -
Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant and makeup. Avoid contact with water, like swimming, bathing or showering. Clean with a soft, moist cloth and ensure the piece is dried well. Store each piece separately.
I have received a defective product, what do i do?
In case of any production defect, we will replace the piece at no extra cost to you. Please email us at Our team may request further information/photographs to assess your request, please provide them with the necessary details.
