Clothing: Dry clean only. Do not soak, wring or machine wash. Dyed and printed clothing may fade after repeated wears or exposure to sunlight, it is natural for hand-dyed processes.
Jewelry: Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant and makeup. Avoid contact with water, like swimming, bathing or showering. Clean with a soft, moist cloth and ensure the piece is dried well. Store each piece separately.
Clothing: Once the order is placed, our production team will make your outfits to order. Clothing ships within 5 working days. We put a lot of love and care to make your order just for you. Garment can be exchanged, returned or replaced, subject to conditions.
Jewelry: Jewelry orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Jewelry can only be replaced in case of a defect.
